Phoenix Adults
Go as hard or as easy as you want and use the apparatus that appeals to you. Adults are adults and we recognise that. Want to use the beam but you identify as a male, not a worry. Looked at the parallel bars and thought, 'I wish that was in the Women's apparatus' well you are in luck. There is no reason to be limited by gender or identity in this class, everyone gets the opportunity to work on everything and it's about what you want to learn.
If you are the sort that likes to be competitive with your sports then you are covered with Masters Gymnastic Competitions. A number of our coaches participate in them already and are always happy to have more people join them in training for and competing at Masters competitions. You don't have to be great to compete, you just have to be willing to put in the effort.
