Our Club

Phoenix Gymnastics is the culmination of a dream by two women who knew that there was a way forward for Gymnastics and for themselves. The dream was to create a Gymnastics Club where everyone is respected, feels safe, are supported to learn gymnastics and other movement based programs, and to positively develop from their experiences there. The Phoenix & tagline 'Where We Rise' represents this dream, rising from the fire to achieve a new form.

Our Gymnasium opened Term 1 2021 and is designed specifically for safety and fun for all ages as well being suited to both competitive and non-competitive programs. Keep an eye on our blog & our socials for more information.

Jade has spent most of her life in a gymnasium, first as a gymnast in Mt Isa from the age of 4 and now as a coach and a mother of a gymnast. Jade has continued to hone her craft and is now considered to be the most qualified and experienced Gymnastics Coach on the Fraser Coast. Jade is highly qualified in Women's Artistic Gymnastics (WAG) but she holds a genuine passion for coaching Men's Artistic Gymnastics (MAG) as well as the rapidly growing sport of Free G.
